This fabulous small cabinet display specimen is certainly a good advert for Guanajuato, but specimens are rarely seen available. The combination of wonderful elongated prismatic purple (note the different tone from that seen from Veracruz) Amethyst crystals partially draped in white Calcite and sprinkled with brassy Pyrite makes for a stunning display. A beautiful rarer Amethyst from Mexico.
