A very unusual, bright coppery-bronze, sharply formed, doubly terminated Rutile after Anatase crystal from Brazil. This unique piece has such a bright sheen to it that it's actually quite dazzling! The edges and faces are incredibly sharp with steep original tetragonal pyramids of the original Anatase preserved perfectly! This a wonderful thumbnail pseudomorph — such pieces came out of only a few pockets over the years (this from early 2000s). Part of an educational set, with these additional items: Rutile on Quartz (SYP25-08a) and Anatase on Smoky Quartz (SYP25-08c).
