Production at this important Turkish locality began in 1976. This location is known for its good colemanite specimens. This current example shows colorless crystals to almost 0.5 cm size covering the top of matrix. Very slight damage along the edges of the piece, this is in good condition. Brightly fluorescent under longwave ultraviolet light as shown at the end of the video.
