Fluorite
Aerial octahedral crystal with the edges truncated by the faces of the cube and polycrystalline growths that give it the morphology known as "Aztec pyramid." The octahedral Fluorites are extremely rare at Panasqueira. The crystal measures 2.5 cm x 2 cm and it is translucent and with an intense violet color. It is disposed very aerial on matrix. The specimen comes from a recent find in the upper levels of Panasqueira. No damage.
