Rhodochrosite is renowned for its deep pink to crimson-red color. Between 1991 and 2004, the Sweet Home Mine produced specimens so exemplary that collectors tripped over each other just for the chance to acquire them. Here the razor-sharp, deep red rhombohedrons sit proudly upon the starkly contrasting black tetrahedrite matrix, a wonderful example from the famous “Good Luck” pocket.
