A gemmy pink tabular crystal of beryl, this is the variety known as morganite, measuring to 1.7 cm in size on this crystallized quartz and albite matrix. In good condition. Several previous labels come with the specimen, one noting that at one time this was part of the collection of Dr. Melvin Gortatowski.
