Blocky crystals of microcline measuring to 0.9 cm in size across the top of a granite matrix with gemmy crystals of smoky quartz and minor muscovite. Slight chipping present, still in good condition. A neat historical specimen that comes with several antique labels from the Philadelphia Academy of sciences. The microcline crystals fluoresce nightly under longwave ultraviolet light.
