This stunning 'bubbly' textured botryoidal Rhodochrosite is from the classic Japanese occurrence at Oppu mine on Honshu Island. Pure in form with a wonderfully uniform fleshy to skin pink colour and fine matt to slighty silky lustre, this cabinet specimen displays perfectly and for this reason is featured on our beer mat/coaster set. Specimens from Oppu mine are extremely desirable, but rarely do they have the beauty and balance of this piece - pure perfection. It comes with a custom Sunnywood base for display.
