A classic pure green tourmaline from the Cruzeiro, where most of this material, with such consistent color and brilliant clarity inside, was sent for cutting. This came from a pocket circa 2015, and most of it did in fact go to the cutters (we saved a few by paying the cutting rough price per gram). It is one of the longest intact crystals recovered at the time of this style. The color is bright and open even in room light, without need for any backlighting to make it glow. The piece has a few very small restoration areas to fill little cracks (invisible unless under UV light), and only one hairline lock-fit repair, which is considered acceptable for this size and style. It comes with a custom lucite base. 38 grams.
