Liddicoatite is a very rare variety of tourmaline, from Madagascar. Some few out of what has been found, are gemmy. And a relatively fewer still are ultra-gemmy as you see here, with stunning brilliance. These crystals have unique color palettes ranging to a huge variety of reds, pinks, and even orange or purple; although the coloration is dependent on the lighting in a showcase. These were photographed under LED. It looks approximately the same in sunlight. This is a pristine, perfect 90 gram crystal with a truly stunning, perfect termination and no repairs. It comes with a custom lucite base.
