The micro-crystallised Malachite is contained within a shell-like, biscuit-tan gossan matrix, forming gently rolling botryoidal domes averaging 1.5 to 2 cm in diameter. The entire surface of the Malachite has a sparkling, lustrous surface, the result of densely packed micro-crystals, each with a sucrosic texture.
