A slightly etched cream coloured Feldspar crystal forms the backdrop to several, vibrant, green coloured, twinned cubic Fluorite crystals. From Erongo Mountain, Namibia, these Fluorite crystals display an unusual colour zoning in their corners to a contrasting very deep purple colour. The crystals reach 1.3 cm on edge. Formerly in Arvid Pasto's famous Fluorite collection (no. AEP1263), this specimen was also figured in his 2009 book, Collector's Guide to Fluorite (Fig. 48, page 31) in the section on colour zoning.
