This pale green Fluorite crystal comes from an obscure locality on the Orange River on the Namibian side of the border with South Africa. It is recorded as from Noordoewer, which is a town in the ǁKaras Region. The crystal, which is sat on a small piece of Quartz matrix, is cubic but cuboid with faces 4.5 x 4.4 x 2.3 cm on edge. It is missing two corners but has great overall shape and is translucent with a slightly etched surface appearance. A interesting and unusual Fluorite.
