A single, sharp, really saturated cherry red crystal of realgar from this famous old Washington locality. These are extremely rare today! Most were collected in the 1960s or before, and the color does fade and decay if exposed to sunlight, so you need pieces like this that have been kept in the dark for decades. This is a superb USA thumbnail specimen! It remains in the original box as placed by the legendary Willard Perkin, with his label (probably contemporary to the find).
