This is yet another classic American tourmaline from the San Diego locality and the Klaus Neumann collection, showing the changes in production at the Himalaya Mine through time. This came out of the famous Rainbow Pocket of 1993, and is of typical style for this pocket: shape, color, luster, and color palette of peach-pink and green zones. As a bonus, this is a doubly-terminated crystal, and the small second sidecar crystal is also doubly-terminated - making this a floater, complete all around! 116.3 grams. Klaus Neumann collection (the largest collector of fine San Diego material in Europe, surely).
