SCULPTURAL double sided chain of similar sized intergrown blue Fluorite cubes. The cubic fluorites, up to 1.1 cm in size, are transparent with satin luster and an unusual sky blue color with clear to white centers. Some faces are preferentially frosted, resulting in a more translucent glow of blue haze in appearance. The base shows the initial phase of contrasting clear to white Fluorite. The blue hue varies depending on lighting but shows its most brilliant color under cool LED lights and purple fluorescence under UV light. The piece is in excellent condition. Very aesthetic three dimensional piece with isolated towers of Fluorite along a ridge, rising above the base. This famous locale is known for its blue fluorites, but are seldom on the market. This lot from 2019-2020 finds is a rare opportunity to add a beautiful blue zoned Fluorite from a unique locale.
