Amazonite from Colorado is one of those legendary collector minerals that everybody wants, most people buy eventually (and thus, more and more mining continues), and there are literally plenty of specimens on the market at any one time to look at - except for thumbnails. For whatever reason, few fine and balanced thumbnail specimens are brought out and to market, and so it is harder to find a good TN than a good miniature. This is just a really cute, brightly colored example that stands out for sharpness and color saturation.
