Enchanting single crystal of a transparent glassy well terminated Quartz with sharp well defined phantoms of glistening red Hematite. The Quartz exhibits an usual near trigonal habit. The phantoms are preferential coating the terminations of the normal habit included crystal with some faces sparsely covered. The termination of the included crystal does appear to be offset in relation to the Quartz termination which may be a result of the two different growth habits. An uncommon feature that is highlighted by a top view. There is a conchoidal fracture on one termination face with the usual tiny nicks along the edges that is seen on so many of the pieces.
