This sharply formed Elbaite Tourmaline from Molo Village in Myanmar (Burma) has an unusual green color. The prism and terminal pyramid faces are well developed on this single crystal that is largely translucent with some gem areas especially at the termination and at places along the prism faces that is responsible for its variegated appearance and uncharacteristic olive-pistachio green hues marbled through the crystal. Strange colors! 11.0 grams.
