Glassy, transparent, emerald green, twinned crystals of fluorite cover the front of this attractive piece from a classic English locality. Many of these stunning crystals show classic fluorite interpenetration twins and are up to 1.4 cm on edge! Spheres of snowy white aragonite surround the fluorite crystals giving the piece great contrast. This piece comes from the Queen of Green pocket, which has produced some of the finest and deepest green fluorites from England since the "Jewel Box pocket" in 2007. The fluorites are gemmy to the core and display very fine, barely discernible, concentric growth hillocks on their faces for added effect. None of the main crystals show any imperfections and there are only minor contacts around the periphery. This is a gorgeous specimen, almost unique in this lot for the overall aesthetics.
