Azurite

This finely crystallized plate of Milpillas azurite has superb, undamaged crystals to 2 cm of rich azure color, and is a perfect display piece in terms of the size and condition. A number of such specimens came out, in this style, around 2014-15...but that was long ago and a find like that is not expected again (given what we know about the mine, and that they are through the productive azurite zone atop the ore deposit). We often say to buy such beautiful minerals from big finds when they are common, and fresh, and contemporary, because inevitably the market takes them and in 20 years, they become classics. For the size and price range, and quality, this piece stands out a bit from some of the crowd, and would be a good one to buy and put away.
