A deep red-pink crystal with a very old style different than modern production for color and termination, this is literally something out of the old Brazilian books. It's an old one supposedly from the Al Burrage Collection, Harvard. I obtained it from George Elling back in the early 2000s and he, from a Harvard deaccession in the 1990s (the Burrage collection was donated to Harvard at one time, but some found exchanges out to the market). It has since then been in the Klaus Neumann tourmaline collection. A massive, 280-gram specimen that is simply pure color. No repairs. A crazy intense color!
