Here is an excellent olive-green, completely transparent, doubly terminated Enstatite crystal from Myanmar. This is just a superb gem crystal for this species with excellent prismatic form, great luster and rich dark olive green color! It has a textbook pyramidal termination at the top end and an etched, rehealed termination at the bottom. The long prism faces are lightly striated and one, thin prism face on the back is partially intergrown with a little clay. No damage to this well-formed crystal of a relatively common rock forming crystal, but very rare as gem crystals such as this! It has a mass of 6.78 grams.
