A stunning intense and saturated golden-yellow color marks the best of these superb heliodors from a remote mining region in Vietnam. We first started seeing these turn up in the early 1990s and a few more pockets came over the years (some noted as Ninh thuan province, but we believe all with this color are from this same locality). This crystal, 14.5 grams, is particularly shocking in strong color and is undamaged and complete. One of the surprises in the extensive collection of over 200 beryls assembled by Bill Larson and his company over 50 years or so.
