These incredible blue Fluorite from a recent pegmatite deposit find in Espirito Santo have raised the bar for Brazilian Fluorites. Here is a sculptural "crescent shaped" cabinet sized specimen with cubic crystals of Fluorite that while having an intergrown style, still have sharply defined individual crystals of varying sizes up to 4 cm creating a wonderful three-dimensional aesthetic display. Defined by a mesmerizing rich aqua blue color with a dark purple blue core and highlighted by multiple alternating stages of sharp thin blue zoning. These incredible features are further complemented by the highly textural and complex stepped-growth crystal faces with beveled edges. One can see a window into this unusual textured growth phase on three of the cubes that exhibit a partial growth covering with a smoother face underneath. The Fluorites are in excellent condition and the piece has a flat bottom where the Fluorite potentially grew off of an unknown mineral. Just an outstanding specimen that has it all from its superior luster to its rich color to its interesting texture and eye catching aesthetics. It has a lively, bright look to it, and is more lustrous than most.
