A sculptural grouping of four intergrown cubic crystals of Italian Fluorite. The transparent cubes show cobalt blue phantoms and a white to clear inner core. The Fluorite has a satin to matte luster depending on the face of the cubes, which due to some preferential frosting in the pocket. The sharply defined center cube that is 3.1 x 2.3 x 1.9 cm and has an interesting purple phantom and growth. There is minor edge wear and some contacting on the bottom of this piece from the 2019-2020 find. The blue hue varies depending on lighting but shows its most brilliant color under cool LED lights and purple fluorescence under UV lights. A highly representative example from the famous locale.
