A rare East Coast gem crystal, this is a twinned yellow-green chrysoberyl from Maine! Not only is it twinned, but it is a complete sixling twin, the most rare twin in chrysoberyl. Perfect and translucent. This dates to the Pete Dunn collection (a well-known East Coast expert and collector), who sold it to Ernie in 1972, and then it passed to Shields later.
