A trio of translucent, seafoam green Prehnite botryoids comprise this attractive piece from the Goboboseb Mountains in Namibia. The Prehnite aggregates are composed of numerous, tightly grouped, bladed Prehnite crystals in radial divergent groups that reflect any incident light as you rotate the piece! The pale green hemispheres measure 2.5 to 3.3 cm across. The Prehnite groups are nearly transparent as you can almost see into them! A very nice small cabinet piece , sourced directly in Africa and at the time they were coming out in the best quality in the 1990s, by legendary dealer Charles Key. He had, perhaps, the finest suite of these overall, in his personal Prehnite collection which he did NOT sell us with the rest of his collections around 2008-2010.
