In ancient times, stibnite was ground and used as eyeliner. In modern times, we're lucky to have crystals available and accessible to appreciate their beauty! This large (11cm!) specimen comes from Wuning, China, which might not be the type locality, but it's definitely one of the most famed localities for the species.
