Legrandite
Doubly terminated, perfectly formed yellow crystal on a matrix of hard limonite with a smaller crystal jutting out from it at oblique angle. The terminations of these crystals are transparent. A tuft of fine and transparent crystals has developed on the matrix nearby. It is rare to find crystals as well formed and intact on matrix: this mine has often produced isolated crystals or friable and unstable matrices.
