Quintinite-2H
A superb 2 mm crystal from the co-Type Locality. This hexagonal crystal is a brilliant yellow-orange in color, and its excellent vitreous luster is practically iridescent. A superb example of a very rare mineral species in crystalline form, and gemmy as well. This is one of the rarest of crystallized CARBONATES, and a complex one. This locality produced not only crystals, but certainly the best for form and beauty. Ex. Charlie Key. He got it from Carlos Barbosa before he passed away.
