Cafarsite is an ULTRA-RARE calcium titanium iron manganese arsenite. This SHOWY and EXCELLENT specimen from the Type Locality features two, very sharp, rust-brown, isometric cafarsite crystals to 4 mm jauntily perched on the edge of a plate covered with needle quartz crystals. Discrete, free-standing cafarsite crystals, such as this, viewable on both sides, are RARE. A superb combination specimen with this rare arsenite.
