Dioptase and Mimetite

Bright emerald green dioptase has always been sought out by mineral collectors as an eye popping splash of color to any collection. However, this specimen has upped the ante by mixing in crystals of sparkling bright yellow mimetite. The luster on both species on this specimen is top notch and there is an absolute ton of sparkle when this piece is rotated. An excellent example of two species not often seen together in collector quality examples.
