A very sharp-looking, highly lustrous, metallic, layered Hematite "iron rose" miniature accentuated with small Muscovite crystals from Ouro Preto. These dazzling, hexagonal shaped crystals are very well-formed with sharp edges and faces and are sprinkled with ivory colored Muscovite crystals to 2 mm at the bottom and one side. The Hematites are in staggered parallel growth and become progressively smaller towards the center of the piece. This is a beautiful, very well composed miniature with the added bonus of accessory Muscovite for great contrast! Lightly contacted on one bottom edge, otherwise just excellent.
