Quartz on Fluorite with Hematite
A sharp octahedral crystal of fluorite just under 3.0 cm across is up on a crystallized quartz matrix. The fluorite crystal is completely coated by a thin layer of glistening micro crystallized quartz. The reddish orange color is due to the presence of hematite. In great condition.
