Geevor/Levant mine has given up some of the best specimens of Calcite before its closure in 1991. The neat specimen we have from the Coronation Lode displays pale orangeish-tan intergrown platy crystals of Calcite formed on pyramidal Quartz crystals included by orange-red Goethite.
