Wulfenite with Dolomite Cerussite and Malachite
Unknown Owner
The entire structure of this interesting specimen is built from interlocking blades of tabular Wulfenite crystals, the majority of which are coated with sub-mm glassy light pink Dolomite rhombs. From the Tsumeb mine, the Wulfenite, where visible, is an unusual light to dark chocolate brown with a lustre. Richly scattered over the Dolomite are 1 mm pearly-white Cerussite crystals and odd mm clumps of acicular emerald-green Malachite. A busy Tsumeb specimen with lots of colour, texture and habits.
