A magnificent small cabinet specimen of beautifully crystallised acicular deep emerald-green Malachite richly covers and pervades the vuggy surface of sooty grey Tennantite. What appears most likely Tennantite, forms a robust bed of matrix, itself covered by criss-crossing ribbed lines of micro-botryoidal Tennantite, no doubt pseudomorphing some former, but unknown mineral species. This is heavily coated with superb crystalline Malachite, forming thick glassy bunches of acicular crystals, generally deep bottle-green, but lustrous emerald-green where light can penetrate cavities and amongst crystal sprays. An excellent Tsumeb Malachite.
