Tucson, Arizona, USAA rare and very fine specimen of blue green Rosasite pseudomorphing after a twinned, bladed Cerussite crystal measuring to 3.3 cm. This wonderful specimen is from the Tsumeb mine in Namibia, famous for its huge diversity of pseudomorphs. Many further unaltered crystals of glassy Cerussite are in association. The Rosasite has a slightly bubbly surface of low relief, flattened botryoidal mounds, all of uniform colour and with a matt to slightly resinous lustre. This is a superb pseudomorph of Rosasite after Cerussite from Tsumeb.
