An excellent lustrous specimen of Pyromorphite from the Wheatley Mine, Pennsylvania, USA. The Pyromorphite forming lots of rich intergrown crystals. Several of the cavities are lined with sharp rich deep to mid green lustrous crystals to 4mm. A matrix of a thin walled cellular Quartz with light brown Fe oxide forms the host for the Pyromorphite. A beautifully rich specimen from this classic old USA Lead mine.
