Bright, highly lustrous Azurite crystals form a bed of deep navy to intense neon-blue tabular blades on a thin plate of mixed arsenates. Individual crystals attain 8 x 8 x 3 mm. The specimen could be displayed from either side; one face almost entirely covered with aesthetic Azurite crystals and the reverse side a mix of more individually placed Azurite blades amongst vivid acidic green micro-crystalline arsenates. Occasional small groups colourless, clear Cerussite crystals are dotted about the specimen.
