A miniature of deep rich azure blue Linarite crystals nestle in a matrix of intermixed Brochantite, Quartz and Cerussite from the Tsumeb mine in the Oshikoto Region of Namibia. The Linarite occurs in several vugs around the specimen with the finest group of crystals on the top face, of this taller than wide specimen. Linarite formed in the near-surface section of the Tsumeb ore body, suggesting this is an old specimen mined around 1900.
