Mimetite with Cerussite and Duftite
Unknown Owner
Abundant intergrown prismatic crystals of yellow to white and pale green Mimetite measuring to 1cm+ associated with colourless well-formed crystals of Cerussite. The green colour in the Mimetiye crystals is due to a zoned overgrowth of tiny Duftite crystals, on a reddish Dolomite matrix. From the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia
