This is a very pleasing lustrous off-matrix, wide, prismatic crystal/crystal group of attractive pink Elbaite tourmaline from Momeik, Myanmar. At a height of 5.5 cm and with a flat pinacoid termination and deeply striated parallel growth prism faces, this fine pink translucent tourmaline is certainly of a rarely seen quality for Myanmar.
