A superb specimen of Pyromorphite from the MMM Mine, Broken Hill, Australia. A carpet of well-formed yellow-green crystals of Pyromorphite mostly covers both sides with individual crystals measuring up to 8mm, with some hopper development at the terminations. Crystals of Pyromorphite have formed on a thin Mn-oxide over a granular Quartz matrix. A fine Pyromorphite specimen from the mine on the Broken Hill orebody.
