A gorgeous, thick blocky rectangular mass of Leiteite crystals formed from colourless laminated plates in parallel growth. Attached to this is a very minor matrix of grey cryptocrystalline Quartz and black sulphides. The broad (display) faces have such a brilliant lustre they appear bright silver, whereas the narrower faces, normal to cleavage, are white with an acicular, silky texture. A super chunky and rich specimen of this rare zinc arsenite.
