Fine, rich yellowish lime green Pyromorphite crystals measuring to 8 mm with a bright glassy lustre are clustered over an iron stained, vuggy Quartz matrix from the San Luis mine in Mun. de Guazapares, Chihuahua, Mexico. The Pyromorphite forms hexagonal crystals with flat, pinacoid terminations with some prisms showing a distich colour change mid-way, from deeper olive lime green to said yellowish lime green.
