Tucson, Arizona, USALustrous bright lime to yellow green intergrown crystals of Pyromorphite mostly cover the display face of a characteristic vuggy, iron-stained Quartz matrix, from the Roughton Gill area of the Caldbeck Fells in the English Lake District. Additional Pyromorphite crystals can be seen on the underside of the specimen. All the crystals have a slightly naturally etched appearance indicating a change in water chemistry following crystallisation of the Pyromorphite.
