Very uncommon specimen of Fluorite for the Cavnic mining area in Romania. A single colourless crystal of Fluorite measuring to 2.1cm has zones of purple. The Fluorite crystal displays prominently on a spiky matrix of colourless-white Quartz crystals, with bright metallic yellow Pyrite. Further micro-crystals of Fluorite are sparsely scattered over the Quartz crystals.
