A very sculptural display of Schorl Tourmaline from the Erongo Region of Namibia. The coal black excellent crystals of Schorl measure to 5.7cm displaying a high vitreous lustre. Crystals of Schorl show extensive parallel growth on the prism faces, with multi three faced terminations. The overall appearance of the specimen is of four crystal arms radiating out from a central area. With a double terminated Schorl crystal developed on one of the arms. A great specimen of Schorl Tourmaline from the area.
